My I485 with priority date carryover filed in June was just returned. Now because of the July issue, I am very concerned.
I do not know why they returned it because my EB2 PD was already current in June even without PD carryover and the application was received by USCIS on 6/15/07.
Do you think I should re my I485 without the priority date request since those people did not know how to handle PD carryover? I am worried that USCIS might treat it the same with the other July I485 applications.
