NSC 485 processing date is 9/2006. My PD is 7/2005. ComeForHelp2007-07-09 17:06:04

What does that mean? I haven't heard of anything so far? Is this normal? Do I need to do anything? How much longer do I still need to wait? Sorry for asking these basic questions. Tons of thanks for any reply.

One more correction, It is ND not RD.....

RD=receive date; ND=notice date, USCIS process with ND
