I am so worried and scared after reading your answer about filling DS-3035 form for J1 waiver. I filled "Yes" to Question 12 because I overstay 30 days after My IAP-66 expired. But I was told this 30-day grace period time was legal to stay and I just answered question 12 and said packing and leaving US in this 30-day. Am I in big trouble? My case is still pending and I am so worried about the mistakes I might made which will cause any problems to my waiver.
For Question 11, in my opinion, according to the old DS-3035 Datasheet, we should fill PROGRAM NUMBER, FIELD CODE NUMBER AND FIELD/SPECIALIZATION. Hope it is helpful.
