I am working on this company for more than 5 yrs. 140 approved and 485 pending over 180 days. Right now I am not paid as much as the prevailing wage. I don't think I would get raised to the PW even I get the Green Card. Thinking about change job now. Should I find a company that would able to pay my PW? If the new company cannot do it right now, how about by the time I receive my Green Card?
