Can B-1 visa holder file 485? 1115zh2004-04-19 03:35:55

My GF is an immigrant in Canada, has 5 year B-1 visa. I am on H-1, just filed 140. Wonder if she can come to US and we get married, then file 485 together, so she can stay here.
