My parents were approved immigration application in China and already received the last package with passport and sealed envelopes inside from Guangzhou consulate.But my mom has one more package in her pack than my dad's. On it, it stamped as "FOR DELIVERY BY (手写)mom's name TO U.S.R.A.S AS (后面依然是红印章） SOON AS POSSIBLE(这里不清楚）TRY INTO UNITED STATED （不清楚）CARRY FILM TO UNITED STATES".
Does any one know what is this for? My dad's package only has passport and one sealed envelope. Thank you for help!
