I got layoff on 6/29/07. My 140 has been approved 11/05 and 485 has been pending since 8/05. My NC has passed according to INFOPASS
The company said they sent out the letter to USCIS on 7/10/07 and said that:
My job was terminated on 6/29/07. They had helped me apply for H1B and I140. But they didn't say anything about "withdraw" or "revoke" my support for my H1B and I140.
My question is:
1. does this mean they revoke my I140? does this action affect my I485? I think I485 is under the final review now. should I send in the AC20 package now?
2. I have ted H1B tranfer on 7/3/07 for the job offer made on 7/2/07. In such case, can this application be accepted by USCIS?
3. Right now I have EAD card. The new company started to pay me on 7/9/07. In such case, will the gap between 6/29/07-7/9/07 make I485 refused/rejected?
