I am working under non-profit H-1b now in WA. My hu*****and works for a company in midwest. My future employer (midwest) applied H-1b and O-1 for me. I just heard that my O-1 got denied. Although, my H-1b got approved but I have to wait until 10/1/07. I ted Eb-1a 140/485 last October, it is still pending. Since my O-1 was denied, most likely my Eb-1a will be denied as well. Is there any way I can move to my hu*****and's place now? We are just worried about my legal status. BTW, my hu*****and has a O-1 visa.
