Hi, I finally got my RFE and my spouse's. Mine is regular employement information. My hu*****and's is a marriage certificate, last I-94 and a statement from the last school he was authorized to attend citing the last date he was in full time attendance as a student.

My question is: my attorney wants to charge me 1000$ to deal with the RFE. I know a lot of people did the RFE themselves. But I am not sure. My case is EB1-b, no labor certificate needed. So no salary standard is required. But my salary did be decreased for 27% though I worked with the same employer. If my employer submit an employement letter to address this decread salary(the original letter has the old higer salary), will this cause a problem? I know even with the attorney, my employer will issue the same letter.

Any gurus has any experience about this? Should I have the attorney to do this? I am really worried about it. Appreicate your input for this.
