I485交上去已经3年，仍无结果，应该起诉移民局吗？ 2004－I4852007-07-17 00:26:06

2004年同时提交的I140和I485。2005年初I140获得批准(EB1a)。

2006年11月FBI的name check结束，I485被VSC转到local移民局for a standard interview.

2007年已经和local移民局官员约谈数次，多个官员多次说他们说并没有收到我的I485，并建议我打USCIS的800电话查询。打USCIS的800电话时，USCIS说他们确定我的I485申请在local移民局，建议我直接与local移民局联系。

这到底是怎么回事？谁说的是实话？起诉USCIS会有帮助吗？
