Now that Immigration Voice has posted a notice stating that USCIS is going to grant a 31 day period to file adjustment cases to settle the Visa Bulletin mess, I'm able to confirm that this is the information I was told yesterday by my sources. I can confirm that this was the deal that was apparently agreed to as of yesterday evening, though until the news release comes out USCIS can, of course, alter the plan once again. Apparently, one of the issues in contention was the period of time that would be granted for filing. As soon as I get anything official, I will post.
