I can file I-140 and 485 right now. (My labor was got in October 2005). Meanwhile, my hu*****and may get his citizenship at the end of next month.(if he doesn't get name check) I either can apply for the employment based green card or get green card from my hu*****and. Which way is faster? By the way, I can save at least two thousand dollars attorney fee if I file based on my hu*****and's citizenship. Please advice.
