Dear Friends：

I have a urgent question to ask. The company has already filed my I-485 for EB3 on July 3. Now I have my EB 2 perm approved. My lawyer suggested me to file a new I-140 together with another I-485. Anybody knows if there is any problem with two I-485s filed for me and my family?
