140 RFE responded a month ago, no response, what to do? jerseydad 文学城

it is at NSC, there is no LUD not even acknowledging receipt of rfe response. Anyone has any similar experience. It is perm based eb2.
Also, if file 485 to NSC, will it be transferred to TSC?
