My NIW is approved in 2005 and my I485 is still pending since 2004.
Recently, I changed my employer and worked under EAD instead of H1B.
What is the possibility to get I485 REF for employment verification? Is the REF necessary after job change? Or REF is randomly selected? If I received the REF, doesn't that means my name check is cleared?
