Hi, I have an urgent question about Priority date.

I two approved LC now. one is based on the the PERM, One is based on RIR.
I have filed I 140 based on Perm LC. and My RIR LC is just approved. I am EB2.

Should I file I 140 again based on RIR LC? Dose it have an earlier PD than PERM based LC?

Or how to decide EB2's priority date when filling I 485?

I greatly appreciated anyone can give me a prompt answer.
