I finally got my 485 (08/2005 NIW) approved last week from TSC. I'm the primary applicant.
My wife and I filed 485 together, in the same binder, using the same cover page (index), my material is on the top of hers. We did 1st FP and 2nd FP together on the same day. And my wife''s NC was clear in 2006 as mine (Inforpass).
But how could my 485 was approved but hers was not touched?
Do you think it's possible that the VO did not notice there is another person's application in the same file?
