I read through this article quickly. I seems that I can file my 2nd 485. What's difference between duplicate filings and 2nd filings? For my situation below, Can I use the duplicate filings? if so, it's great, I don't need to pay a new fee. Please advice!! If I file duplicate filing, should I still need to submit all the materials including the new medical forms and so on...
Here is my situation: I have EB3 140 approved with Priority date 5/23/05. Then I concurrently file EB2 140 and 485 in Nov., 2006 carrying over my EB3 priority date which is 5/23/05. Now my both EB2 140 and 485 are pending in NSC.
One more question: If I file the second filings 485, can I send it to TSC? (I'm in California)
