Dear Sir/Madam,
My child was arrested and appeared on the Court twice befor 16 years old. after that he has been doing OK for 5 years and police has issued a good clearance letter for him, said no record, recently. For my family I-485 application right now, what he should do? To mention that arrested or not? If not mention, what will be consequence? If mention it, how much negative it will be for his application and my family's application?
