In filing H-1 application (form 129), I specified the name of consulate in China if change of status cannot be granted. Now I changed my plan and I wnat to get H-1 visa through a third country (Mexico). Does anybody know how to inform them to change from china to Mexico? My case is still pending and it is very likely that the change of status cannot be granted due to the gap.
