I am going to file a concurrent applicaiton of I-140 and I-485 for EB1a. Can I cofile them before Augest 1? Do I need to submit I-140 and I-485 separately or together?
In addition, I understand USCIS has special requirement for material binding. I alreading punch two holes on the top of my materials, but I don't what kind of fasteners sold in Office Depot I should buy to bind these materials.
