My current job will end next month. up till now, I don't have any new offer yet. So questions?
1. Can I change to F-2 visa from H-1B? My wife has F-1 right now. And I applied for GC based on NIW in 2002, still waiting, but didn't submitted I-485 yet.
2. If I apply for F-2, is there any influence on my application for new H-1B in the future?
3. How soon can I get receipt notice after filing for F-2?
3. If I don't apply for F-2, can I legally stay in US since my I-140 is pending? or I have to file I-485?
4. How much chance can my GC get approved without a job,since NIW do not need any sponsorship?
