I am about to submit I140 and I-485. The problem is I was arrested in 2000 for domestic violence due to ex-wife’s affair. In the first trial, found guilty and sentenced for 4 month jail time but suspended imposition for one year on good behavior, in the appeal, received suspended imposition sentence on good behavior for one year, finally the case was dismissed or vacated.
What is the odd my GC application to be denied or approved? Thank you.
