Just checked my email and found both myself and my hu*****and's I485 got approved.
PD: NIW, Nov, 2004
I140 approved in March, 2005
I485 received in May, 2005
First finger print: July, 2005
Since then no updates and pending on NC.
Wrote letters to senators and congressmen, no help.
Wrote letter to first lady in February 2007 and got letter from FBI in April 2007 said they got letter from the first lady and my NC was processed and cleared.
Transferred from VSC to TSC in March, 2007 and got update.
2nd FP in May, 2007 but no update after the FP.
Called TSC after the 2nd FP, just said no 60 days yet after the FP.
Wrote to the TSC director after the FP was done one month, no help.
Last week called TSC after FP was done for 60 days, and the lady was nice and put a service request.
Got approved email notice this morning!
Got a lot of unselfish help and information sharing from this BBS. Got a lot of encourgement from this BBS on the painful waiting for the GC process. Thanks XiaoBaitu, xiaofeichong, december31 and many unknown friends in the same boats.
