请问为什么有些人都可以通过这个电话得到NC的信息，可是我打过去representative却告诉我他们只能access to 这些我们自己都可以看到的信息呢？请问小白兔和有经验的朋友，还有什么办法可以查到NC status 呢？谢谢！
