在张哲瑞律师的网站上，同时好像有两种说法：
一说：
“It is better to appy for a new H-1B visa so that you may re-enter the US under H-1B status. If you re-enter the US with the advance parole rather than a new visa, you will go into adjustment pending status and are no longer in H-1B status”。
又有一说，
“To maintain their H-1 or L-1 status, aliens are suggested to use H-1 or L-1 visa (obtained through visa revalidation process or consular process) to reenter into the U.S. after traveling abroad. To safeguard their return to the U.S., aliens should apply for Advanced Parole before their departure. Once they are paroled in, aliens need to resume employment with the same employer for whom they had previously been authorized to work as H-1 or L-1 nonimmigrant, otherwise they will lose their H-1 or L-1 status.”
后一种说法好像是在说，尽管用AP入境了，只要还是为先前的h1B雇主工作，因而h1B的身份还回继续有效。不知理解是否正确？
