I filed 485 by myself, and told the lawyer about this and asked them to not
file 485 for me.
However, due to their crazy mess up, they filed an empty 485 for me. I
didnot give anything to them. I didnot give them pictures, birth certificate
, physical exam. I didnot sign anything. So they just filed an empty 485
forms with my information on there.
What should I do now? I asked them to cancel the delivery. But what if the
application is received by USCIS, can I ask them to file amend to cancel the
2nd filing?
