I have a question about EAD. I am holding H1-B(the 1st year)and my hu*****and is applying for GC.
My question is: If I used EAD, can I re-use H1 to work later if needed? Let's say i started to use EAD after I've been holding H1 for 1.5 years. And in the 2.5 year from having my H1 visa(in other words after the 1st year of using EAD), can I re-use my H1 visa if GC has not been approved? Or can I also apply for GC if it's not approved yet as the primary applicant is my hu*****and ?
