可以申请两个I-485吗? ilvch2007-07-25 07:57:00

我的第一个485是和领导两年前申请的, 现在还卡在name check上.

现在我在公司的PERM也到了可以在8月17号前递I-485的地步.

可是办第一个485的律师今天对我说:
"it is our stand point that a second I-485 could result in termination of the first"

大家说到底能不能一个人同时有两个I-485?
