I am in OPT status now and working for a non-profit research institute. The institute will sponsor H1 visa. The dilemma is there is an opportunity for me to teach a course in a community college which is what I really love to do. So, my questions are:
1. Can I use OPT to work for a full time job and a part time job (once a week in the evening)?
3. My OPT will expire in April, 2008. However, the institute's lawyer already asked me to send the documents to her for my application. Is it too early? May I submit the H1 application now, but the H1 valid date starts from Aril, 2008?
3. If the research institute applies H1 visa for me when my OPT expires, should I get another H1 for the part time job?
4. If it is not possible to get two H1s, I guess I can work as a volunteer at the community college.Is that right?
