Hi Friends,

I will work in a start-up company soon. The job is mainly engineering work without research. But I previously have 10+ publications in top journals. Many lawyers suggested me to apply for EB1.

Since the job in this start-up company is only slightly related to my previous research, I'm not sure if I can still apply for EB1 with the company's support. Do I have to go via EB3? How about EB2? How to do it?

Please help me if you have some experience before.
