Let me expolain my case first.
Muy hu*****and has a job, and I do not. My hu*****and's company supported him to file Labor certificate in Feb, 2005.(although my hu*****and has three masters degree, one in China and the other two in USA, the lawyer"A" we hired told him that he could only file EB3 according to the deion of the position.)So his LC approved in Sep, 2006.
In Feb, 2007 , I heard from one of my friend that with EAD card I can work instead of green card. So we decided to transfer from EB3 to EB2. His boss agreed to help us provide all the files needed. At that time,the lawyer"A" moved to the other state. So we hired the lawyer"B". She is really good. She suggested us to file I140 express. I140 got approved about 10 days in the end of March,2007. so we have the EB3 PD is Feb, 2005. After that we began to prepare PERM (EB2).
In June , we heard the news that we can file I485. So we stop filing Perm (EB2). And she mailed I485 files on June 29,2007.
On July 6th, we told the lawyer "B" to continue to efile PERM (EB2). And yesterday she told us that Perm (EB2) got certified,and ask if we want to file I140(EB2).
She told us that I140 EB2 will surpass I140 EB3 so that we can get green card sooner.
My hu*****and and I got confused because last time she told us there is no difference between EB2 I485 and EB3 I485.
So what should we do now?
