Thanks for kind people. I still have several questions about I485 and I140 submisstion.
If I submit my I485 with I140 together, is there any difficult for me to change my visa from H1 to F1?
Since it takes so long time to get I140 approved, is there going to other trouble that would happen if I submit I485 in the beginning of application?
Thank you very much for your help. I do not believe lawyer now. Most laeyer just want their customer to finish procedure as much as posibble so they can get more money.
