Yesterday I sent our my second I485 for my approved NIW I140. But today I got approval notice for my EB11 petition after RFE. Since I already had one I-485 for EB11, the second I-485 becomes unnecessary.
I used USPS Priority service and the package has not been delivered yet so far. I hurried to local post office and filled a form for re-call application. Persons there told me that there is no guarantee that the package will be returned for sure.
Is there a better way to guarantee that my package will be returned? Unfortunately I believe my forms are all correct, and all necessary documents are attached.
