can I renew my H1visa if my I-140/I-485 get denied? mtsutro2007-07-27 00:58:56

I have submitted my I-140/I-485, but we will need to renew my H1 visa soon. I know even if the green card applicaton was denied, I would be still abble to stay under current H1. But how about the renewal of H1? Thanks.
