1。DS 156 中的中文电码指的是什么？
2。家庭住址，电话是填美国的还是中国的？
3。在美被访问者是填N/A 还是公司MANAGER？
4。公司正在为我申请LABOR CERTIFICATE，那么是否有人为你申请美国移民签证是填NO，还是公司？
5 DS157 "do you have any speciallized skills or training, including firearms, explosives, nuclear, biological or chemical experience", 我是学分析化学的，现在环境监测公司工作，公司是industrial production lab, not research lab, should i answer yes or no?
