About 10 days ago , I call USCIS service and told a lady bout my I140 (submit 11/15/07 TX)NIW was outside nomal processing time. TOday I receive a letter:
Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and has caused a longer processing time.et al
if you don't receive decision or other notice, please call customer srevice again
I don't know what means about my case need additional review. or this letter just general reply, not meaning anything. who have similar expericences? thank you
