Question re EAD and AP cornerston 文学城

I recently filed I140 and I485 concurrently. My impression is that one can get EAD and AP only after the I140 applicaton gets approved. I wonder whether anyone ever got the EAD and AP before the I140 application was approved. Thanks very much!
