Pjiang, XBT, etc, Intern without CPT vs. 485 lovepeople2007-07-28 05:49:14

A few years ago I had one semester internship but I did not know to go to international student office to get I-20 updated. But that internship class was approved by the department. I just submitted I-485 including that employment.

I am thinking to ask university’s ISO to see if they could provide a letter stating the employment is CPT. If they could, will USCIS accept this letter?

If yes, should I send it right now instead of waiting for their Intend To Deny Notice?
