CPT endorsement sample on I-20? lovepeople2007-07-31 04:04:39

I did intership 6 years ago with the approval of the department, but I did not know to have my I-20 updated by International Student Officer. So I am preparing a certification letter for the department chair and wish that he would do me a favor.

If you have or had CPT, on your I-20 page 3, what do you have for "Employment Status:" and "Type:"? Does your employment date have DAY on it or just MONTH on it?
