We are in the process of adopting a baby from China, but we were asked to provide the following documents:

1. 收养人居住国有权机构出具的收养人的年龄婚姻有无子女职业财产健康无无受过刑事处罚等状况的证明材料

where shall we get the required docments, which departments or organizations are authorized to provide the docments?

2. 该证明材料应当经其居住国外交机关或外交机关授权的机构认证
who is "居住国外交机关或外交机关授权的机构"

We are green card holder.
