Hello all,

I am a Chinese graduate student.( Having F1 Visa now ). Now I am working in a Fortune 500 company as a summer intern in US.

When this company hired me, they did not ask me for the OPT/CPT. But they still pay me to my bank account using my SSN.

I am a littl nervous that this employment may lead to a very bad condition. But when I first got this offer, I did not know I should use the OPT or CPT.

Could you give me a hand how to deal with this condition?

I would quit this job, ask them cancel the payment.

我记的我上学其间暑假给学校工作过, 当时也没有OPT,

F1在校内工作不超过20小时有学校的许可就行
