I had same situation.My daughter is in china.She already try three times for get H4 visa.Didn't work.So this time I already filed 485 with 824 for her.This my lawyer told me.But there isn't any imf. about my daughter in 824 form.Ask?Do you know the whole process?What time can I file 864 for her?If let my 485 got approved I can file 864 That's long time.Pls help asnwer!Thanks
