I have asked my attorney at least four times for the petition letter before and after filing I-140, and the lawyer did not show me so far.
My I-140 was filed last week, should I insist on the petition letter? Since the petition letter is so important, I am wondering if I should file I-485 or not.
I wrote all 9 recommendation letters by myself and the lawyer only revised one for me. I have wished that he can write a good petition letter for me even though he did not do anything for the letters.
Is it ok that I-140 was filed by the laywer and 485 is filed seperately all by myself?
