对不起我的问题比较复杂， 请大家不要嫌我烦，指点一下。我急得天天在想这事！
file perm时老板就用了当初招人时的资料。 job requirement 有这么两条：
One year of experience working as XXX. Skills include:
blah blah blah... and:
--knowledge and experience with the product development life cycle and software application structure including DLL, EXE, and COM.
--knowledge and experience with object oriented software design and development using programming languages including C, C++ and C#.
其实我在原来的公司没有做过这方面的东西，可是大学里学过。我也就没想太多，approve了。还干脆在PERM 申请表上previous job deion 上把这两条也写上了。
现在perm批准了，找以前的老板要证明信，他给了其他的deion,可是这两条被修改成：
--knowledge and experience with the product development life cycle and software application structure in embedded RTOS envoirement.
--knowledge and experience with software design and development using programming languages including C
也不能怪他因为我确实没做过。于是我找我学校的教授又写了信证明我有DLL, COM, EXE and C++, C# 的knowledge. 然后又找了一个以前和我要好的同事， 写了个证明信，印在他现在公司的letterhead. 所以我现在一共有:
1) 教授的信，证明我有DLL, COM, EXE, C++, C# 的knowledge.可是那只能证明我有knowledge, 不能证明我有experience, 而且没有听说办I-40 有人用学校的knowledge的。。。
2) 同事的信，包含所有我需要的信息，可是可能没有说服力。
3）公司的信，可是不能证明我有COM，DLL, EXE, C++ and C# 的经验。最多说我有"Embedded RTOS" and "C" 的经验， 没有用。
我到底该如何是好啊！我的lawyer是公司的，很严肃的白人。他已经非常不高兴了。 我怕到时候I-140 据了要重新从perm开始，那我要等到那年那月!
另外请问EB-3 I-140 如果要据，递上去多少时间会知道？
