I filed my 485 on Jul 2nd basis EB3, my wife also filed 485 same day. However, my L/C was approved yesterday basis on EB2 with higher rank. I'm wondering if it is good for me to sumbit another 485 basis EB2 with carrying over the piority date on EB3 by Aug 18? Or just ignore the EB2 since 485 already filed? The attorney said too many A# may cause further delay with no additional benefit.
