ineligible to file 485 - help please (xiaobaitu, please) test6662007-08-02 00:44:18

My I140 was approved on July 26th. Today get the approval notice, however, the notice said:
"The information submitted with the petition shows that the person for whom you are petitioning is not eligible to file an adjustment of status application at this time. Additional information about eligibility for adjustment of status may be obtained from the local INS office serving the area where the person for whom you are petitioning lives."

Anybody get the same information? I am so scared and confused. I don't know what happened.Any help from any expert would be appreciated.

不用管他, 直接递交485就行了

没到PD直接file,被退件还好，就怕是当时收了，后来收到denial notice

他刚刚被批的140, PD不可能不到啊, 除非他EB3B吧
