My wife has an approved EB3 I140 with priority date 03/2004. She has filed an I485 as secondary with me in EB2 category. She didn't file I485 based on her own EB3 I140. My question is if EB3 become current for her tomorrow, can we request transfer the already filed I485s to use her EB3 priority date? (without filing an new I485 since she has left her previous company).
