Questions about I94? Help!!!!! dh22004-05-04 20:08:59

My wife will go back to china for a month with advance parole. She has got H4 extention approved and has a new I94. When she leaves US, which I94 should she give to the Custom, the old one or the new one? Now we are in I485 pending status, when she come back with the AP, what duration time should the immigration detector write on her new I94?
