My laywer sent my I-140 on July 26 and somehow DHL has lost my package. My laywer told me that it would be OK as long as DHL can attest the sent data to USCIS on July 26th, and USCIS will accept my application under "July Bulletin" with old application fee $195. Is it true?
I have sent all copies to my lawyer (including copies of recommendation letters), and he will re-send them to USCIS. Does USCIS accept copies of recommendation letters and my case as well under "July Bulletin"? Should I trust my lawyer or just give up I-485 application this time?
